Bad unprofessional company

Unhelpful in case of emergencies. I called the agent on call as it was during the weekend that we had no power, their response is that they are uncertain what to do and can't help with getting an electrician. They tried calling theirs and told me that he was unavailable and I had to wait till Monday, basically telling me we have to wait till Monday to be without electricity. They just don't know how to do any management.

We got hold of multiple electricians and got one out, who is also cheaper than the one they would have gotten out. After numerous discussions with this company they just don't seem to care about people who rent from them. You have to resort to shouting to get anything out of them.

They are also bad with doing any inspections going for cheap fixes causing breakages and when you complain tell you that you would have to pay for it(They toilet broke because of wear an tear and they wanted to charge me).
