Zero customer service

I have made an order on the 4th of December and only after I have contacted them did I get a tracking number and I am still waiting for my order you can send messages as much as you want they either leave you on delivered or give some excuse that gives zero answers they have zero customers service and will advise anyone to stay far away as possible
