Worst service ever

I've ordered a laser head from them on 2 September 2026. Paid almost R10 000. I still have not received my order. It is now 26 working days with no joy. The WhatsApp contact does not work. They keep on promising will come back to me with proper feedback. Doesn't happen. E mailed them numerous times. They failed to respond. Try to track my order. YunExpress that they say is dealing with my order tracking system never updates and system say tracking number does not exist. Melissa on WhatsApp system just tells me everytime she will come back with feedback. She never comes back with a proper update on what happened with my order or money paid.worse service ever. Do not buy from this company ever.
