Worst service ever

Terrible service. Its now 29 working days... paid almost R10 000. Still not received order. Watsapp and *** support system not working. Send numerous *** and watsapp messages but no one gives you any proper feedback. Just say everytime they will come back to you , but never give you real answers on what is happening with order. Tracking off order system not working... doesn't update. Tracking number they supply for Yun express not working. In general nothing working.. wirst company ever to buy from. I've asked for refund but they don't even come back to me regarding this. They dont respond on social media on messanger facebook or Instagram. Just say thanking for contacting us. But that is all... no respond or feedback on my request for feedback on my order. Don't buy from them . Very bad company in service...
