Worst Experience EVER

They have to be one of the worst stores I've dealt with. I tried to avoid writing a bad review but I have been left with no choice. I ordered my goods on the 17th of September and 2 full months later there has been no update on the location of the goods. No tracking ID and when you WhatsApp the store they seem to give you generic chatgpt answers. Ive asked for a refund and they refuse to give me claiming its the supplier delaying which has got nothing to do with me.
