TERRIBLE SERVICE

On the 16 August I ordered and paid for a phone. I then received an email on the same day explaining that it could take up to a month for delivery. The mail also states that they will notify me immediately of any delays. On the 12 September I emailed them requesting an update on my order. To date I have received no emails from them. On the 26 September I Whatsapped them with a query about the order. They then came back to me and told me the supplier had no stock and gave me a couple of options. I then requested the cost and delivery dates of the options. To date no reply. Today 2 October I phoned the contact number with no answer. I then phoned the admin contact number who then put me through to the same number once again with no answer. I am beginning to think that this is a **** and will be requesting my money back from the company via my bank.
