Payment made no item received. Support unresponsive. Late night replies.

Made a payment on the 30th of August 2026 and never received any email regarding my purchase. I followed up with their support for3 days and was promised updates and received nothing. I also only get replies from 11pm at ngiht and never during the day. I will be submitting a complaint by the NCC as promised if I got no response today. Dont use them.
