No delivery after almost 2 months – misleading promises and zero accountability

I purchased a TWOTREES TS2 10W High Precision Laser Engraver from 4evatech on 17 December 2025 through Melissa. Before buying, I specifically asked about delivery timing, especially around Christmas/New Year. Her exact response: "1–2 processing days. If delayed, 1–4 processing days. express free shipping: 5–9 business days, and 7–12 business days for remote areas via FedEx, DHL, and courier guy" and "So of course since it's almost Christmas there would be slight delays but we can guarantee you will get your item within our standard shipping times." It is now 9 February 2026 – over 7 weeks later – and there has been no delivery, no tracking number provided, and absolutely no updates unless I chase them repeatedly. All I receive are vague excuses with no real progress or resolution. They refuse to issue a refund despite the clear failure to deliver within the promised timeframe. This is unacceptable for any business, especially one selling high-value items like laser engravers. Avoid 4evatech if you value reliable service and timely delivery.
