I was dubious about the site and went to do some research... not enough info out there to be sure but I decided to take a chance. I ordered a Laser Engraver and was certainly hoping not to lose the money. The engraver arrived within 2 weeks, and while they did make a small mistake with delivery they solved it within a day.

The engraver was well packaged, everything was as advertised and the engraver works like a charm. Their customer service has been great and any queries we had were answered within a day.
