Charging fault present from day one — original accessories, hardware defect.

Received my Ulefone Armor 28 Ultra Thermal 5G (16GB/1TB) from 4EVA Tech and it has had a charging fault since day one.

Using the original supp**** 120W charger and cable, the phone will not charge properly. Symptoms:

- Charging connection switches on and off rapidly and irregularly when plugged in — not a thermal protection cycle, but a chaotic connect/disconnect loop - Persistent 'Over DPDM Voltage' warning prompting charger disconnection - Charging current maxes out at approximately 400mA regardless of charger used — far below the device's rated wattage - Fast-charging animation has appeared only twice since receiving the unit

This is not a charger or cable issue — the fault is present with the original supp**** accessories. The symptoms point to a hardware fault in the USB-C charging circuit.

I need 4EVA Tech to arrange warranty repair or replacement. Please make contact so we can resolve this without escalation.
