Today, is 70 days that has passed and no package It order said 5- 10 business shipping days when ordering. No indication that the phone was from a overseas location. It just said in stock with supplier. When you send WhatsApp after I saw no movement with the shipping near the 25 day business days I send a Whatsapp to telephone number given, members from the other side telling me I must relax my package is on its way and you will be getting your order very soon and it will arrive..........bla bla bla. It also seem if the response are from an AI bot or something, because you always get the same stupid answer. I meannif you order a phone you need it now not weeks later. I could have paid someone else a little more and get my package. Also asked for a refund, but the AI bot responded no refunds after 24 or 48 hour. I mean they are a South African company. They must indicate if the product are local or overseas then this will not happen. Also I never waited so long for something from abroad. At this piont it all feels like a ****. Please people from the public do not purchase from this company, I was not he only one that has been ****med by them. It's almost 3 months with no phone, that I needed urgently and no way to get my money back. Please call me If someone has had same experience *** that has been ****med by them.
