Almost 2 months, and no delivery of the item I paid them for

I ordered on the 4th of December 2025. It is now the 28th of January - 1 month and 3 week later - and there are no tracking updates and no replies to messages asking where the product is. Their site doesn't mention that they drop-ship. It actually says they deliver in 5-10 days - which clearly isn't true. So I'd not recommend this store.
