A one star rating is even to high

This guy is a ****. Paid for catfish almost 3 weeks ago. Never received order only excuses of his supplier not delivering. When asked for refund he just ignore you. I even tried to compromise with fish he have in stock tilapia and he said we can come and collect with no given time only we must let him know beforehand. Since commuting from another town we notified him an hour before the gps arrival time. And again excuses. I had no choice to cancel my transaction. I have not received my refund. This person is a **** or only give service to people he want to and only pocket other people's money.

I do not think i will get my refund but i will make sure to report him anywhere he is listed and will even go further.
