Shocking quality of custom built trailer

The mudguards of the trailer fell off. Andre replaced them and they fell off again. He refused to repair again.<br> <br> The trailer fell apart structurally on two occasions (the box came off the chassis), and he refused to take responsibility. On at least 4 occasions Andre promised to collect the trailer but did not show up.<br> <br> Ultimately when I become very agitated he told me he wasn't interested, and told me he has helped me enough.
