Dishonest business man

One of the owners of this company Mr Charles, is dishonest as he was paid in full to install a safety pool cover. He installed pieces of pipe instead of full lengths which he assured he will replace as soon as he orders stock. This was is February, we are now in June and I have to constantly chase him at no avail. Don't Trust This person To install a safety feature to protect your kids, he is dishonest and is purporting to sell a safety product which is a huge risk to our community and families.
