Delays and poor service from the pension fund admi

I send in my pension withdrawal forms on my resignation from my previous employer which was 2 months ago.<br> Only last month I was told that they can not pay as proof of residence was outstanding. I managed to send it through on the 15th July 2015.<br> A month later I am still waiting for the payment and whenever I call them, Anita is mean and she drops the phone on me.l
