Worse service ever recieved

I received the worse service ever in my life from this business. They did not deliver the product that we agreed upon and when I wanted my money back they refused. They had a bad attitude with me and spoke to me badly and with no respect. I want to warn other people so that this does not happen to some else. Stay away!!!!
