Theft

I recently booked into 48 Backpackers in Cape Town, I was booked into a 4 sleeper dorm which I shared with two tourists. I came back late at night and there was another person , I went to bed and put my phone under my pillow. When I got up the phone was ******, the other guy had not been booked , no id and contacts. The reception who was on duty sneaked him in so that he could present himself with something that didn't belong to him. I asked to use the phone and he was rude saying that he was going to charge me and he **** and gave me an the police wrong information of that person which is obvious that he knew that person very well. He didn't fool the cops though, they could see right through him. Later that night one of the tourists had his laptop ****** while the same guy was on duty. For all we know we could've been killed as we don't know if the guy is a serial killer or ******. The owner did not take action nor apologise.
