failure to contribute my uif and unfair dismissal

Aim complainant working the above metionrd company from 2012 to 2014 but I was getting unfair treatment from the company as he sometimes deduct my. Money without a proper reason last year he deduct my money when I make query he just send the supervisor. To issue me with a disciplinary form but I reject to sign it. I went to the office leaving the site then he promise to pay after he dismissed me. When I go to the department of labour to claim my uif I found that he was not contributing any. Cents though he was deducting money from my pay every months please helped
