Downright Disappointing

Ineffective, inefficient security company with a bad attitude and poor level of service.

We used them as a security company and to fix our main complex gate.

Though they ended up fixing the gate well, dealing with them was a nightmare I won’t get over anytime soon.

The owner has a terrible attitude – nonchalant, condescending and downright rude. Quite frankly, they couldn’t care less about you as a customer and your patronage.

I highly recommend you avoid this company or cancel your contract with them. I can guarantee you that they do not care about you as a customer, they won’t do a good job and if you ever make the terrible decision to do any sort of business with them, you’ll regret it no doubt.

My alarm went off 3 times – I got no call from them, no-one came through or followed-up.

They took me off their system even though I remained a paying customer because they ‘mistook’ my unit in the complex for another unit that had cancelled their subscription, so I ended up paying for 1 month of security when I technically wasn’t on their system.

They took longer than a month to put up their security signs outside my house.

During the whole time I subscribed with them, they never managed to come through to collect a copy of my remote and key to get in and out of the house in the case of an emergency.

After I cancelled my account, I got debited for 2 months thereafter and had to pay to cancel the debit orders each time and fight with them to cancel.

Do yourself a favour, avoid these guys at all costs. And do your community a favour and don’t support such ***********, uncaring companies in such a critically important industry.
