Would have given them 5 stars

I would have loved to give this company 5 stars because their product quality is amazing. But I’m totally unimpressed with their logistics team/person. My number was written incorrectly on the waybill, so when the courier came the first time to deliver my stuff the call didn’t go through, obviously. I was put in touch with the logistics people, the first question I asked was if my number was written correctly. I was told it was, only for my package to arrive 2 days later with an incorrect number typed on the waybill even though I was told a handful of times it wasn’t written incorrectly and I had just missed the courier drives calls. When actually it was and the correct number was written in pen next to the incorrect number.

A simple act of double checking and taking accountability would have made this process easier.
