Very Upset

I give up. After having to chase up several times trying to find out what has happened to my parcel, I eventually got some response and a rather aggro response must they just cancel my order and refund me. I apologised for being a bit impatient. This was at about 9h30am this morning. I was assured my parcel was out for delivery. It is now 16h05. No parcel. I had a phone call from the delivery person who did not even seem to know what address to deliver for and got an abrupt "you'll get your parcel tomorrow". Uhhhh no. Now they don't answer e-mails, the delivery person doesn't answer their phone. R500 gone and no parcel. I'm sitting crying my eyes out with frustration. Can you trust nobody in this world?
