42@Lotus apartments are not even a year old but it's already falling apart, moulds on the walls, balcony won't even release water when it's raining, leakages inside the apartment are now smelling, pipes are leaking.. Plugs are falling off and certain doors don't have wind support while others do.. Passage doors are swollen up because of water when it rains.. This place is not even worth the amount of money we pay.. 24/7 security that was promised is a lie.. The developers are now ignoring us since.. We spending more to fix a place that is not even a year old..
