Zero after sales service

Needed some new camping equipment...went to 4x4 Mega World in Meadow Dale ..specifically asked the salesman for a Dining Gazebo and a Tent that would stand up to wind and rain...well the Gazebo flattened out into the ground in 5km winds and the R 13 900 tent, poles broke in 20km wind...only supp**** 2 poles when it required 3... when went to exchange the poles they wanted meto pay for the new poles....not even discussing the below standard Gazebo...zero back up service....suggest everybody use another supplier...i spent R 20k there that day...they take your money and forget...i wont even buy a battery from them in future
