Toyota front bumper

Took my vehicle in for an insurance claim … got at quote for a new bumper and spotlights R39890.00 When they fitted the bumper it was scratched ….. they fitted my old spotlights I had to request the new ones the jump started my vehicle….. had to take it to Toyota for a diagnostic check and fuses central locking wouldn’t work 😠 There customer relations was appalling to say the least. I would not send any other vehicle of mine there what so ever
