Terrible Service and Completely out of proportion charges

4 Tech did the most terrible job at our flight school. The switches were left on steel shelves with cables just hanging. Furthermore 4 Tech quoted an amount and then once we had committed to the installation by means of paying the full amount which was about R50000, they suddenly changed the amount claiming upgraded switch were required. The additional amount was around R10000. We had to spend a further R5000 to get the switches neatened up and put in cabinets.

This amount was paid and to date they are still sending us invoices for work that was done with fees of R870 to come out to our premises and reset a switch.

I am tired of the consistent issues and hounding from this company when we have paid a lot of money for a system that is still not completely functional.
