Pathetic excuse for a Broker

Extremely poor service, OOBA has been using this company as a broker and I have had to just put through my first claim with them.. extremely unprofessional I have been given the run around advising my claim is being escalated no calls no feedback no update.... the assessors have sent everything through and are awaiting feedback we have been without water for more than a week after our copper pipes have been ****** extremely disappointing! I have kids and an elderly mum and it has made things very unhygienic and uncomfortable for us to have to wait this long for a claim to b3 approved when all Info was sent last week already.
