We booked an online installation service via Builders Warehouse app. After a rocky start due to internal technical difficulties regarding appointments not being confirm/scheduled, we ended having a positive experience.

We were absolutly amazed by the professional customer support provided by 4-sure services. After a complaint made, we were contacted by the customer support team quickly, they assisted with booking a contractor and ensuring we eere satisfied clients. Even though it was outside of office hours and a Sunday, we were met with constant phine call follow ups to ensure that our service was completed and to satisfactory standards. The consulatant was friendly and had a very calm manner. 4 sure team arrange a team for a Sunday evening to assist us with our installation. Even after 9pm, the consultant performed regular follow ups to check everything was fine. Their calm nature attentiveness and professionalism made what started as a bad experience to be very positive experience. I will recommend their services in the future and will book these services next time again. Not only for the convienent online booking but also for their support team and contractors used.

The company they used to install the fan was just as amazing. They arrived at 7pm at night and were quick to start working. The team was incredibly friendly and had a wonderful positive attitude, even after working 2 hours to install the fan. We were equally impressed of the measures they took to ensure our safety. They checked the beam to ensure that it could hold the weight of our heavy fan. They felt uncomfortable with our beam and decided to make a plan to reinforce the beams. Their innovation and creativity was exceptional and I feel safe and comfortable with our installed fan. They are clearly experts in their field with alot of knowledge and experience.
