Despicable Service Bettersure & 4Sure

The tornado that ravaged parts of the KZN North Coast occured on the 3rd June 2024. A storm damage claim was logged with you on the 4th June 2024, reference BSH***2.

Forty one days later and it has been a nightmare dealing with you and your service providers. Forty one days later and we live in a house with a broken garage door, no boundary wall and a huge gap in our kitchen ceiling. Our safety and health is at risk.

The service providers and staff 9f Bettersure and 4sure lack empathy and knowledge, have no sense of accountability or treating customers fairly.
