Damage water pressure pump claim not resolved after 3 weeks.

My water pressure pump was damaged due to lightning. Send the lighting report together with the quotation and photos. Did follow-ups on the claim via email every 2nd day and called 4-Sure 3-times/week. Spend between 15-20 minutes every time on the phone—each time I have to send everything again. After 3 weeks it is still not resolved. Together with a heatwave in the city, without water, it was extremely unpleasant. Very unhappy with 4-Sure.
