4 sure and OOBA not responding

4 sure is now handeling the claims department on behalf of OOBA. i have had dealings with OOBA before I found them very helpful. But this time around we do not get any information. I requested emails on regular basis but have recieved nothing. When you phone the call centre you wait at least 7 minutes before the line is even picked up. My recently spoke with a socalled team eader from 4 sure, but he also failed to phone me back and supply me with any information.
