4-sure insurance acting on behalf of ooba home loans is the worst ****ing people to deal with.i am waiting since 9 April for the payout-for our damaged window due to the bad storm we had. they have the most pathetic customer service, they have been lying to us telling us they transferred the funds on 7 may 2024 and will reflect on 15 may 2024. i call in again and they tell us they transferred the funds on 14 May 2024.they got all documents required but no funds has been paid so that we can have our windows fixed creating more damages. they are the worst insurance company ever DO NOT USE THEM
