Wedding could not happen lockdown!!!

I have made a booking with the owner, last year February 20201 we planed a wedding on the Vaalriver for 28 March then the lookdown came on the 25 March 2020. I did pay a deposit R1800 and the balance to follow the day before the wedding, I did contact the owner Steven and as him to postponed and the lockdown took over 10 months and I did ask my money back. He promise, to start paying me back as soon as possible. Nothing yet!!! not even a email nothing!! I need that money back please!!!!
