Definitely do not recommend

We booked Steven as our DJ and had a detailed meeting the week before our wedding to discuss our music preferences. However, on the day, someone else showed up, completely disregarding our requests about what should and shouldn’t be played. This was extremely disappointing, as the music is such a crucial part of any wedding.

We also used their 360 photo booth, and while the staff member operating it was friendly, they arrived late. The real issue, however, came afterward. Despite nearly a year of following up and being assured that we’d receive our videos within two days, we were eventually told that the company they used lost all our wedding videos. As compensation, they offered us another free session with their 360 booth, but nothing can replace the loss of those once-in-a-lifetime memories.

Between the DJ mix-up, the poor communication, and the lost videos, our experience with this company was frustrating and disappointing. Would not recommend.
