BAD AFTER SERVICE!

System is value for money,but BAD AFTER SALES SUPPORT.We struggled a-lot with the setup of the system and they claimed to give 30 days free team-viewer support but when I asked for assistance they refused to give me free support and I was told to pay another R950 for assistance within the first week.Markus who assist us via Team Viewer for the first time was very rude and assaulted me for doing it wrong.Markus was unhelpful and don’t reply on the questions I struggle with.

My pole display’s wasn’t working from the start and a few emails later to the support group at last few days later received only a email with steps to fix no help to setup my Pole display’s via Team Viewer,so FALSE ADVERTISING!!
