Rude customer service. Terrible. Don't try 4POS systems. I guarantee you will never see such arrogant, rude customer service in your life. This company sells software very cheaply, then when you call for support, they charge 950-RAND for half an hour! You pay the money, but they do not take care of you with their uncaring attitude. Stay away from them if you don't want to be disgraced with your money. They are very rude. Stay away, don't fall into their trap!

Additional: 4POS has now prevented me from using the accounting program I paid for and bought! Not only did they not provide technical support even though I paid for it, but now they are committing a crime by blocking the program! If what they are doing is not *****ing, what is it?
