Pathetic Rude after sales NON SERVICE!!!!

DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!! Very Rude and unhelpful "customer service" We purchased this stupid software - very basic and limited - and wen i asked Markus if i could download the back office on my laptop he said that i had to purchase another voucher - costing R3000.00 additionally - then proceeds to be a **** and asks if you get a free breakfast when you purchase one.. like *** mentality is this when people are supporting your business!
