No Backup other than a Bot.

I have ben using 4POS for 3 years now. Today I could not enter 4POS control or back office before I updated. Only thing was that could download the update, but could not get into back office to upgrade. System did not allow that. The real problem is that the only point of contact is a WA Bot. The advice they gave me did not help an iota. It's Saturday - my busiest day. It's 10 days to financial year end, I have to do stock take. I cannot load new products etc etc and there is nobody to assist but a ghost bot. This is very poor service. An upgrade should be just that.
