Markus Sarcastic replies to Software Error email

<p>No aftersale support at all. Had to upgrade and pay license fees. Only to receive faulty Stock Movement Reports and was told to send email and they will fix via Teamviewer. After doing what they said system still says Software Error. Markus only replies with sarcasric email: Well done can I buy shares in your company. This has not helped at all. Obviously. He even told our IT guy that hes too clever, and dont know why we phone him if we have it all figured out. Also put phone down twice in Accountants ear saying, dont shout at me. Whilst he's on speaker phone and 3 people in office knows that shes not shouting at all.</p> <p>Dont buy 4pos. You'll regret it for sure :-(</p>
