If you want to be humiliate as a client then 4Pos is 4you.

<p>4Pos Software is a good POS system and by far the most cost effective.</p> <p> </p> <p>BUT and a very BIG BUT, sooner or later, after hours and hours of studying there manuals and spending hours watching the support video's, you are going to get to a point where you will need support and this is where 4Pos really leaves a sour taste in your mouth.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you don't buy an additional support package from them you have to pay them R700 per Teamviewer login, wich is kind of fare because you decided not to purchase the support package. </p> <p> </p> <p>BUT, you pay R700 for a 5-10 min login session and Markus ( CEO of 4POS and for some odd reason the only support person they have) will make you understand that you are wasting his time and that there are thousands of other customers that are also waiting to be helped, or rather to be humiliated. He will also make it perfectly clear to you as a client, who just paid R700, that if you wastes his time and ask a stupid question and don't "JA and Amen" on every ****** rude comment he made, he will simply slam the phone down in you ear. R700 down the drain, but wait you can still get you problem fixed. You, the client just have to apologize for not being computer literate enough and then pay another R700 for him to login again - just be sure to "JA and Amen" on everything he says this time, and make sure you do it ASAP!!!</p> <p>In his support video's you will quickly learn that 4POS supposesively have almost 20 000 clients. How can you have 20 000 clients and only 1 telephone supports person?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>The software is good and it's cheap to start out with, but with all the support costs and absolute rudeness, your better of else were.
