Horrible attitude and disgusting after sales

If you are considering purchasing the 4POS system, think again. whilst the system it's self works ok, the problem is really the aftermarket service/support. if you are fami**** with P.O.S (point of sale) systems, you will know that to customize your system to suit your specific business needs is essential. which is where the problem lies! if you email for support you will receive disgustingly rude and abrupt replies from some douch bag on the other end (Marcus, the owner should really look at the staff he hires!!) If you are thinking about buying this product please do yourself a favor and read why people wouldn't buy this product, you will see the after sales/support sucks.
