I want to thank Markus for his great support team. I was ****med by an man from Gordonsbay pretending to know the program and advising me not to contact the support team because they are rude and wont help me. Being desperate and this man making a nusance of himself and forsing his services my husband paid him to help us and he left with my money never to return. Not knowing what to do we paid so much money for a sistem we cant use I send an message to the support. Being a little bit nervous and expecting rude service it was not the case they helped me the first time to register the program and then step by step set my barcode printer to work. They stayed with me till everything was working. If I read bad comments I think you have also been ****med by someone pretending to be 4Pos support.
