Don't trust this company called 4POS

Very bad customer support service. I contacted them via whatsapp as per the number on their website and i did not even get the help I was hopping to get. The manager called Paul was very unpleasant as he said i could not teach him how to run his business as he has been into it for 14 years . The said the support department does not have a direct landline and every assistance is done via chat but after confronting them the very same Paul will tell me that the chat assistance is not support which I do not understand cause it's written support on that number unless we do not know what is the meaning of the word support as a company. They will be asking you to pay R950 if you need help from them...
