Disgusting Service

Markus , You are one of a kind . We buy your software and a year later our server crashes .(not your fault ) We buy a new Server from one of your vendors / resellers (just the server ) and ask you to help with the installation and will to pay for the hours it takes . When i called you ,you were so upset with me for buying from this specific reseller , (which i had no idea there was issues between you and him ) you told me, we will not get support from you and you basically chased me away like a dog . I feel sorry for as we have a couple of 4 pos users in our Town and i will make this known. The rest of the comments on Hello Peter are more than correct regarding you Disgusting attitude towards your customers (Keep in mind we as users do not know what is going on with you and your distributers/ resellers, all we want is Assistance to run our businesses ) Very unhappy
