A WHOLE LOT OF ******* .... A ****

<p>I have prchased a 4POS system from Makro, i am a first time business owner and i was thrilled to see a POS sytem that was only R999.00. I spent alot of time getting to know the product when i was in store. Everything seemed ligatimate. I was very please with the product at the time because with every POS system we need on hand support from the supplier. They said they will be there at a cost of R700.00 an hour.I was ok with that as the system itself was so cheap. Never had i imagined that i would be spending thousands to get this 4POS system running. Everytime i did something with this system it always gave me an error or an issue or i could not register...thinking i was doing something wrong i called their call centre and arranged a rep to sort out my system. I paid him R2000.00 to sort it out but then he told me theres a bug in the system and i need to call the manager of the business and he will help me out. So i called MARCUS the guy who is in charge and he tells me to put R700.00 into his account before he sorts anything out. So i respond by telling him that i can not put the money until the programme is up and running. He was very arrogant and rude to me. He wanted to know which Rep came to me and why he didnt sort the issue out. Icalled the Rep SAEED and he said he cant help me. When i called MARCUS he also couldnt help me and they were being very arrogant and unhelpfull. SO WHO IS GOING TO HELP ME????? The system is still down and no one came to sort it out yet. I believe these guys are all in a **** to pull out money from starting businesses. PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED BY THE SALES PERSON IN MAKRO...I BELIEVE THEY ARE ALSO IN IT. MAKRO AS A HUGE STORE SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTING THESE GUYS AS A PROFESSIONAL POS COMPANY. THEY ARE ROGUES!!!! MAKRO AND 4POS HAVE NOT HEARD THE LAST OF ME. I WILL NOT LEAVE THIS UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK. </p>
