4POS Worst Custommer support ever!!

Customer phoned me at a restaurant to help him setting up one of the tills on saturday 30/05/2015.<br> the machine requires an update to connect to the server.i have tried several times phoning them but the answer machine is all voice automated.send them 2 emails and never got response until tuesday.found online chat and started talking to support team.immediately he asked me if i am going to pay him to help me!!!!!<br> i was so shocked from his reply guess everything is about money these days!<br>
