4POS SOFTWARE - Pathetic after service and arrogant staff

What an excuse for a business. Marcus (Markus) is one of the most rudest and arrogant people I have ever come across. I've spent close to R35,000.00 in POS systems, display screens and additional licenses and ONLY needed help setting up the additional license and kept on requesting assistance via the WhatsApp group with the only response to follow their videos. Prior to that they had "server issues" twice that upon logging in, my business name changed to a completely different company and I could not operate at all for those two days. All they said was it was an error and is now fixed (after I had to send a WhatsApp and wait for ever to get someone to get back to me. Secondly by just asking for a simple request to assist with the additional license (which is paid for) all they say is refer to the videos or pay R1,900.00 (for two PC's for 30 minutes support) to have them log in and do it for me...why do I need to pay another R1,900.00 for something that should be easy if the so called videos were correctly done. I had three independent IT experts try to assist me and all of them said the videos don't make sense as there are steps missing (by linking the PC's, by registering the voucher (license, etc.)). And when this arrogant guy eventually phoned me he had the audacity of raising his voice when I asked that why don't you provide support for the products that you sell. I regret ever purchasing this system.
