While the software is solid (most of the time), the support (Marcus the owner in particular) has a **** poor attitude. If you do not grovel on the ground before him before asking anything (in our situation it was some features that was lacking with regards to the kitchen display which is baked into even the most rudimentary open source kitchen displays these days) then you can expect aggressive and unprofessional replies from this man baby. Stay as far away as possible
