4POS is a ***!

<div>4POS is a ***! Please be aware. You buy the software from Makro or Take A lot. I started a new restaurant and 4POS being a once off cost, I tried to safe money only to pay again for professionals to come and install their software. Markus the owner of 4POS is rude, conniving and has a bad temperament. You have to pay for support even though the entire 4POS server is down. The system DOES NOT work it disconnect from the server &amp; Point Of Sale sections. Doesn't work with EPSON printers and doesn't work wireless or connected to a fixed network. It is not user friendly at all even though Markus keeps on referring me back to the You Tube videos which is absolutely useless. The system is not user friendly and has terms like ADD A NEW CHILD which is not the norm for POS terminology. When trying for a week and half to get the 4POS running and support from Markus he has been very rude and unaccommodating. He insulted me and told me I am *********** even though he was dealing with my network technician. I am very unhappy that big franchises like Makro &amp; Take A Lot resell this 4POS software. Do yourself a favour and DONT BUY 4POS. Rather spend the extra R2000.00 and get it done by professionals. I have taken it up with Makro and they are looking in to it. From Makro side they were very accommodating and understandable. Even though it states NON REFUNDABLE on the package they refunded me and I have sent all correspondence with 4POS and Markus to their buyers. AGAIN DONT BUY 4POS.</div>
