4POS horrible customer service and support

Incredible unprofessional behaviour with absolutely NO customer centricity. I bought the entire system at Makro. I went to Makro last time to complain about the service and poorest customer service. Makro sales representative said l must come back if I still experience bad service and attitude because they can have bad reputation due to supplier and the will deal with them. Am sick and tired of this company and their horrible customer service and support.
